Starting on January 1, 2019, if you have been arrested for DUI the following new laws will affect you:

  • • You must request a DUI hearing within 7 days of the arrest;
  • • Your license will be suspended within 30 days of the arrest if you do nothing; and
  • • The DOL will only give you 5 days notice of the hearing.
